Contact us promptly
If you purchased by mistake or the software cannot reasonably be used in your environment, open a support ticket as soon as possible. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal will be reviewed in good faith.
What a full refund does
A full refund ends the license access funded by that payment. For a subscription, USAH Institute may also cancel the subscription. The license will be suspended or expired through the live licensing service.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at USAH Institute’s discretion. A partial refund does not automatically terminate access unless expressly communicated.
Chargebacks and fraud
A payment dispute or chargeback may immediately suspend the associated license while it is reviewed. Fraudulent purchases, abuse, or material violations of the license terms are not eligible for refund.
Taxes and processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit. Applicable tax adjustments are handled through the payment processor.
