01What does the license include?
Every active license includes both FrameForge and TitanMesh. They are a single package and are not sold separately. SpeleoDB is free and open source; license proceeds help fund it.
02What does FrameForge do?
FrameForge extracts controlled image sequences from video. Different timeline ranges can use different sampling rates, helping reduce redundant frames before an external photogrammetry workflow begins.
03What does TitanMesh do?
TitanMesh opens, navigates, measures, and records very large meshes and point clouds. Optional TitanMesh VR adds immersive viewing for $75 per licensed year and works exclusively with Meta Quest headsets; other VR headset platforms are not supported.
04How many machines can I use?
One machine can be registered at a time. If you replace or reconfigure your computer, sign in and revoke the old machine before activating the new one.
05Where does my payment go?
Directly to the USAH Institute’s nonprofit software program. Proceeds fund SpeleoDB, FrameForge, TitanMesh, and their development, infrastructure, documentation, maintenance, and support.
06Is my purchase a donation?
The license fee is a purchase, not a donation. During checkout, you may optionally add a separate one-time donation. It provides no additional goods or software benefit, never repeats with a subscription, and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Choosing not to donate does not affect your purchase. Consult your tax adviser regarding your circumstances.
07What is the difference between the two payment options?
Automatic renewal charges $75 yearly until cancelled. The $99 one-time payment buys one year and never charges again unless you return to renew. TitanMesh VR can be added to either option for $75 per licensed year.
08What happens when the license expires?
The licensed applications will no longer validate for use. Your account and support history remain available, and you can purchase another year at any time.
09Can I cancel or get a refund?
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy; a full refund revokes the corresponding software access.
10How do I get help?
Use the support section inside your account. Replies are recorded in your portal and sent to your verified email address.
