1. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, the Underwater Speleological and Archaeological Heritage Institute (“USAH Institute”) grants the account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FrameForge and TitanMesh during the active license term on the number of registered machines shown in the account portal. Purchases default to one registered machine unless USAH Institute assigns a different limit.
2. Package
FrameForge and TitanMesh are licensed only as one package. A license does not convey ownership of either application, its source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
3. Account responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and license key, and promptly notify USAH Institute of suspected unauthorized access. You may revoke an obsolete machine through the portal; you may not share, resell, or publish your license key.
4. Term and renewal
Each purchase provides one year of access. Subscription purchases renew annually until cancelled. Manual purchases do not renew automatically. Renewal of an active manual term extends from the current expiration date rather than shortening that term.
4A. Free trials
Eligible verified accounts may request one 48-hour trial in a rolling 365-day period. The trial is limited to one registered machine, is non-transferable, includes all available trial features, and may be denied or terminated for fraud, automation, account misrepresentation, or attempts to evade eligibility controls. No payment method is required.
5. Acceptable use
You may not circumvent license controls, reverse engineer the applications except where applicable law expressly permits, exceed the registered-machine limit, share a license with an unauthorized person, or use the software in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. Availability and updates
USAH Institute works to maintain dependable scientific software but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every update will remain compatible with every operating environment. Features may evolve as the research and software program develops.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for field judgment, safety procedures, professional surveying, archaeological protocols, or independent validation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, USAH Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
USAH Institute may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, chargeback, or abuse. Expiration, full refund, or final payment reversal ends the corresponding access.
