What we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email address; local links to your Stripe customer/subscription and Keygen user records; purchase workflow records; support requests; administrative audit records; and technical information needed for security and reliable operation.
License data
Keygen is the live source of truth for license keys, license status, expiration, and registered machines. This website does not persist or cache those license-state details in its own database. It requests them from Keygen when you or an authorized administrator views or manages a license.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout, payment details, tax calculation, receipts, refunds, and subscription billing. USAH Institute does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Email and support
MailerSend or the configured transactional mail service delivers verification, account, license, billing, and support emails. Support messages are retained in the portal so that you and the Institute can follow the conversation.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, fulfill and administer licenses, process purchases and refunds, provide support, prevent abuse, keep audit records, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the service, including Stripe, Keygen, MailerSend, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
We retain records for operational, legal, security, and accounting needs. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain personal information. Contact support to make a request.
Security and contact
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. Privacy questions can be submitted through the support portal.
